Ximena Querol 

Partner, Executive Director

BA in Business Administration from Southwestern University, a Fulbright scholar and recognized by the Wall Street Journal's Award of academic excellence. MA in Latin American Studies and an MBA from UT Austin, where he received a Sord Scholar Award, the Florence T. Griswald Award, and the LILACS Award.

She has over 15 years of experience managing development projects focused on entrepreneurship and gender, having worked with the Inter-American Development Bank, CAF, AusAID, the Goldman Sachs Foundation, JPMorgan, USAID, among others. In the social sector, she serves as Executive Director of the NGO Sector3 Social Venture Group (which she founded in 2013) and leads ESCALA (Business School for the Conservation and Advancement of Latin America), a business school for vulnerable populations in Latin America.

In the business sector, she was Chair of the Board of a FinTech company in Peru and advised a successful HRTech company in the United States. Previously, she worked as a consultant in strategy and advisory services at PricewaterhouseCoopers and McKinsey & Company.
